"This is a very unprofessional team. Multiple calls with no call back as promised. The state farm claim process is a joke. Please do not go with state farm especially this office, all you will get is a run around with no help whatsoever. They are good at taking your money but no help when it comes to paying out when needed. I would give them a zero if that was an option."

While we strive to assist with various insurance-related inquiries as a courtesy, it is important to note that support is generally limited to our own clients. To draw a parallel, it would be unusual to expect Progressive or USAA to assist with a State Farm policy. I understand that not having a dedicated agent may have contributed to this situation. However, most of these type of insurance providers offer some type of 1800 number line that can assist you directly with your policy needs in the future.
